The distribution compressed tar file, mcidasx2022.tar.gz, will always contain the most current versions of all code. If you download and use this file, you do not need to download or use the update file.
The cumulative set of bugfixes and enhancements to McIDAS-X will be available to registered users in the compressed tar file, mcupdate.tar.gz. The changes included in mcupdate.tar.gz will be outlined below and described in details in associated links.

Registered users should update their installations by downloading the entire v2022 distribution, and then building, and installing it.
