DR

Defines the dwell rates for frame looping.

Formats

DR rate1 rate2 . . raten
DR repeat*rate repeat*rate . . .
DR INI
DR AUTO

Parameters

rate1 . . n

dwell rate for each frame (no default)

repeat

number of frames the rate applies to (no default)

INI

initializes the dwell rates to nine units for the first frame and six units for all subsequent frames

AUTO

assigns the longest dwell to the latest image in the current loop.

Remarks

The rate is in units of 1/15 second. The last frame assigned a rate determines the rate for all subsequent frames in that loop. See the examples.

Set the dwell rates to compensate for irregularly spaced image times. Graphics frames in loops have dwell rates identical to image frames.

You can mix the command formats. For example, DR 3 3 5*8 3 is the same as DR 3 3 8 8 8 8 8 3.

Examples

DR

This entry lists the current dwell rates in the loop.

DR 7

This entry sets all frames to dwell rate 7.

DR 12 6 6 12

This entry sets dwell rates to six for the second and third frames, and 12 for the first, fourth and all subsequent frames of the loop.

DR AUTO

This entry rotates the dwell rates so the longest dwell is assigned to the most recent image in the loop. If the dwell rates of all the frames are equal, this entry has no effect.
