Calculates the heat index and relative humidity.

HEAT temp dewpt units

temp	temperature for calculating the heat index
dewpt	dew point temperature for calculating the heat index; must be less than or equal to the value in temp
units	units of the specified temperature, dew point and output
	F	Fahrenheit (default)
	C	Celsius
	K	Kelvin

The heat index is calculated using an empirical algorithm developed by NOAA.

Valid temperature ranges are 80-110°F, 26.6-43.3°C, or 299.8-316.5°K.

The valid dew point temperature range is 55-85°F, 12.7-29.4°C, or 285.9-302.6°K.
